When will I receive my item?
We will only send out items that we would be completely happy with ourselves and to allow sufficient time to do this we have a standard dispatch deadline of 5 working days.

If you have a specific date by which you would like your item delivered, please contact us and we can work with you to try and find a solution. We will always post items by standard first class Royal Mail delivery. 


How much is delivery and do you deliver worldwide?

We charge a postage and packaging fee of £2.50 for all plaques, and £2.00 for fairy doors on all mainland UK deliveries. For multiple orders to a single destination we charge a postage and packaging fee of £4.50. International delivery is charged at a rate of £5.50.

Can I deliver to a different address to the billing address?

Of course! Each of our products would make a perfect gift and we recognise that it may be more convenient for purchases to be sent directly to the lucky recipient. If you are buying the item as a present and would like a message included in the parcel, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

When processing your order through PayPal please specify your desired recipient’s address if it’s different to your home address. We will always send a confirmation email to your inbox for each order which will allow you to double check all the important details.


Can I return my item?

Because our products are made bespoke to each customer, we will not be able to provide returns unless it is due to a mistake on our part. Therefore please ensure that the spelling of your chosen name is correct when you send it to us. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged please contact us on 07837 382697 or by email at info@flitterbee.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

If you wish to return an item, with the exception of personalised products, we need to receive it back within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery for any returns you make as we are unable to accept liability for any items lost in the post. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the delivery of any returns and the original postage and packaging fee will not be included in any refund. 
This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items.

What if I have questions before I make an order or once my order has already been placed?
We welcome questions from our customers. We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your order and confident that you will get exactly what you are looking for, so please get in touch.


What if I can’t see exactly what I want?
Please let us know. We would love to work with you to develop a design with which you are 100% happy. If there are aspects of our standard designs which you are unhappy with, then please tell us and we can work together to find a design that suits you better. For example you may want a slightly different colour plaque to those shown or you may prefer your design without hanging ribbon or a different illustration. As all of our products are individually made to order, we are flexible with our designs and will do our best to meet your requirements.

Will my personal information be sold on to other companies?

Flitterbee is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. We don’t like it when people do it to us, and therefore we wouldn’t do it to others!
